Question: Do you offer lockbox services or any other method of collecting and depositing checks?
Answer: No, we simply have all payments sent directly to your office or address of your choice.

Question: Do you purchase accounts receivable?
Answer: Yes, once the portfolio is serviced for at least 30 days, we can purchase any account that has been verified to be open/active.

Question: Do you accept checks as payment?
Answer: Yes, we offer eChecks and ACH but cannot accept physical checks, money orders, or cash at this time.

Question: What if a check is accidentally sent to you?
Answer: This is not possible as we do not provide our mailing address to your attorneys. If in the event this somehow happens, you will be refunded to your payment method that we have on file.

Question: Are there any contracts?
Answer: No, you can cancel any time.

Question: How do I make a payment?
Answer: Our system is set to autopay every 30 days. You are only billed for accounts that are actively being worked. Once a case settles or is dismissed, the monthly fee is adjusted down by 1 case.

Question: Is your firm HIPAA compliant?
Answer: Yes, all of our staff has received their HIPAA certification and our technology is HIPAA compliant with 256-bit encryption.

Question: Do you offer white-labeled or co-branded solutions?
Answer: No, we do not represent ourselves as working for your company. We contact the firm as an authorized third-party.

Answer: We offer phone support from 9:00 am ET to 8:00 pm ET Monday - Friday and Email support 24/7
